Heat Insulation Board Plaster
Heat Insulation Board Plaster, Cement-based, heavy-duty high performance adhesive containing chemical additives and modified polymer and used for adhesion of Thermal Insulating Boards. Creates very high strength through its texture formed inside the fiber structure and protects the structure from external factors (sunlight, wind, rain and snow, etc) when applied on outer siding. APPLICATION AREA: Used for fixing of all kinds of thermal insulating boards applied on interior and exterior walls. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: PRELIMINARY PREPARATION: Check beforehand the firmness, water absorption and solidity of the surface where the product will be applied on. Repair the defects and voids on the surface needing overhaul beforehand. Ensure that the surface to be covered is clean and free from dust, dirt, residues, grease and any other contamination. MIXTURE AND APPLICATION: Pour 6-7 liters of water into the mixture container and slowly add powder fraction over the water until a homogenous and consistent paste is obtained. Use a low speed mixer for mixing. Using a high speed mixer may inhibit obtaining a consistent paste. Wait 5 minutes for maturation and mix the mortar again; the mortar is ready to use. The tools and equipments should be washed with plenty of water immediately after use. Never attempt to make bonding on the expired material which should be cleaned from the surface. Hardened material in the container with completion of setting is unusable. APPLICATION: Apply the prepared mixture in 2 or 3 mm thick on the surface of the Thermal Insulating Board. Fix the PVC mesh properly on the applied plaster. Fasten the plastering mesh by plastic dowel on to the board and application surface. After 2 hours from this operation, apply the Asvil Thermal Insulating Board Plaster on the mesh by a trowel again and trim it by a float. After 24 hours from the process, do painting or any further application. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS: – Avoid application under temperatures below +5°C and over +35°C. – Ensure that the application surface is clean and free from dust, dirt, residues, grease and any other contamination. – Mix the material by maximum 120 RPM mixer. – Consume the prepared mortar in 2 hours of mixing. – Do not absolutely make any inclusion (such as lime, sand, cement) other than water. – Store in maximum 8 stacks. Store in dry and damp free medium, inside unopened package. – More resistant to external factors (rain, sunlight, wind, etc.) than older plasters. – Avoid the surface from external factors (rain, sunlight, wind, etc.). – Avoid direct breathing of its powder and skin contact due to its cement based content. – Wear protective clothes during operation. – Technical Values are obtained in laboratory environment.
